Serial number not activating

Yes I have already read the forum about checking connectivity, my firewall is letting a connection through.

I've sent a contact form a couple of days ago and still not heard back.

my order number is ************
I've put my original WB15 serial no in the webpage that give you a new serial for wb16. When i put this into WB16 and try to activate it tells me its not a valid serial number, can you please help?

Please do not post any personal information of your purchase in the forum. Have you tried using either of the following contact methods. Doings so please ensure you use the correct email (originally used to purchase) order number, serial you are trying to activate with etc. As before please do not post this in the forum thanks.
