Problem with Header and Footer

Although I have been using computers in my work since the early 1960’s, I am a novice when it comes to Web Editors.
After trying several Web Builders, I settled on WWB and have installed v-18 on my laptop.

After thoroughly confusing myself with the WWB Manual and YouTube tutorials, I decided to download a template and attempt to modify it.

I downloaded the aththecost 2019 template from a web vendors. I deleted most of the contents, retaining the header, body and footer. I am quite pleased with the results, but have a problem with the header and the footer. When I scroll the body in order to see the contents both the header and footer remain at the positions at which they were placed in the master page, rather than remain at the top and bottom of the page.. I have not been able to find a solution and like the results so far.

I would really appreciate some help at this point. If I continue to bumble on I’m sure that I will destroy what I have accomplished so far.

To be able to help you, I need a DEMO project (.wbs file) so I can see all your settings.

I do not need the complete project because that will only take more time to figure out what you have done.
Basically, I just need a small project with one page and object(s) that are relevant to your question.

The master page works as a frame the content of the page which connects to the master page gives it the framed content. If you have any difficulties you can give a demo project so we can see what you have done.

In your project, you are are not using and header and footer.
The layout grids are set to 'default'

To make the header stick at the top , set 'Position' to 'Header Fixed'.
To make the footer stick at the bottom, set 'Position' to 'Footer Fixed'.

Also in the master page, the 'body' layout grid does not serve any purpose.
