Sudden form problem

I use a form from an outside source, not a WWB form so perhaps you can't help, but it MAY be a WWB problem that's why I'm asking. Suddenly without any changes to my site a 'Different Address' page sends me an email, the content simply says - Values Submitted from website form.
Investigating, I noticed that every time myself or anyone else opens the page on my website it sends an email, without clicking the submit link. Could it be an error on my page, or would it be the 'outsider software'?

Without seeing the page or the project file it is impossible to say what is happening. There may be code conflict or a server sided issue.

If the form is processed by a third party then there is probably not much we can do to help.
Also, if it suddenly stopped working then it's unlikely related to WWB.
