Cannot Save a functioning copy of web site

Post by agilefalcon »

I am trying to get a copy of our club web site from our web master (we are both paid users of WYSIWYG 17).
No matter how we try, we cannot get a copy of the site to work. We have saved as a project, as a template - it doesn't seem to matter, whatever is saved cannot be loaded back into WYSIWYG in usable fashion.

We even changed the File menu from Backstage to Menu and tried the save options there.

How do we get a functioning version of our website saved off to a different location?

Or, how do we do a simple file copy and get all the files onto a USB drive to load into another PC with WYSIWYG 17 running?

We are losing income as a PHP script is broken and our customers cannot contact us.

Okay, very good indeed. I'll give these a shot.
Thank you for the link.
