Digital Agency Template H4 cropped

Post by tristan »

Hello,

I suspect is a setting in the template rather than a bug, but I couldn't work out how to fix it ...

Heading 4 under LayoutGridServices1 crops the bottom of 'g' 'y' etc when in lower case.

Cheers

How does it look when you preview it?

I have notice this happens with certain fonts however it looks fine when published. Only looks that way in the workspace.

I could not reproduce this myself.
It may be related to the line spacing. Some fonts do not report the correct height when using Direct2D. This is a known issue in Windows, which only Microsoft can fix.
But it should not affect the published page.

I think I know what you mean. It happens on some but not all fonts which when making the website inside wwb the font with large font size the bottom or a tail of the text gets a bit cut off but when published it shows correctly. It is more of a preview issue inside wwb because of the font but after published as you said everything does work fine. If there is a problem with the text still then css height auto or a little bit of padding can be used for a better fix if needed. I have done it on a project which had similar problem.

Anyways glad it has worked out for you.
