Good afternoon, I have been able to solve the problem by completely uninstalling the application and cleaning the Windows registry by searching for the program keys and deleting them completely. Hello, I have already solved the problem, after trying several things I realized that the problem came from the latest translation to version 19.0.4 that I am doing and it is the one that created the error, I tried with version 19.0.2 and It worked fine, I looked for the problems that generated the error and in the end I already have version 19.0.4 tested and functional.
