Page errors

Hi,

I'm getting the follow page errors in Ver19, (see below) but, I'm using an Arial font. I did create a new text box for some, just to see the result. Sometimes would takes care of error and other times it doesn't.

The same website project in old ver16 is fine no errors comes up clean.

To be able to help you, I need a DEMO project (.wbs file) so I can see all your settings.
Also, please include a description how to reproduce this problem.

I do not need the complete project because that will only take more time to figure out what you have done.
Basically, I just need a small project with one page and object(s) that are relevant to your question.

Question when you say you are using WB19 are you using the most up-to-date version WYSIWYG Web Builder 19.0.5 (last update: January 19, 2024)? only asking as there are similar posts reporting the issue with the following "The object uses a font which is not installed on this system" and the issue has been resolved as of Build date (4/12/2023).
Have you read the following as you may need to reinstall font(s). (Calibri)
Google Fonts
Version 19 supports Google Fonts variable fonts>>>Side note (WB16 did not use variable fonts)

Have just installed WWB 19 - GREAT but after looking at 'error reports', I have on virtually all pages got warning that there are missing fonts? Mostly Calibri and *********. Is this a glitch in the new version? And can it be solved yet?

Hi,
I updated the software to the newest Ver 19.0.5 and still having issue with missing font. I looked at the hand out "Using Web Fonts in WYSIWYG Web Builder" and a little confused.

I went into Tools > Options > fonts
current setting: "Do not use font-face"

I tried changing settings using automatically use @font face
and tried Manually setting too

But got same results; error message fonts missing.

I appreciate any help in resolving.

Hi Pablo,

I have created a .wbs file but not sure how to upload a test file to another public server.
I can't load it to my current site because, it's a test and not my complete website.
And I see these font errors when I check for page errors[/i] while in software.

Upload the (zipped) demo project to your website or another public server

Step 3
Tell us where to download the file
