No refreshing my page

Hello: When I upload several items to my page, via WYSIWYG Web Builder 16 (64-bit), any navigator does not refresh the new page. I did renew the DNS, erase the cache, wait for 24 four hours, etc.
Any help,

Maybe you're uploading to the wrong folder?

Did you check the publish log for errors?

Note that version 16 is no longer supported. But this not affect publishing, unless your web host has changed something on the side which requires a newer version of WWB.
