the preloader is not showing up, I have several preloaders in the system/preloader folder. What can it be?

is empty.. how i can dowload file zip for preloader default...?

Preloaders are included in the setup.

OK I DID REINSTALLED NOW IS WORKED.

but i try preloader in page properties and click preview in browser not work.. mayube is problem lottie not supported with preloader?

Lottie has nothing to do with preloader.

If you need help, then please provide a demo project.

i did try with firefox (Responsive Design View Ctrl + Shift + M) there is speed io click low speed internet.. GPS to see preloader.. but nothing..

There is so much content on the page, so I have no idea where to start looking
Can you please remove everything from the page that is not relevant to your question?
For example, the should not be any custom code on the page.
And also, all json files are missing. But one should be enough for the demo anyway. Please keep it simple.
