I would like to create a page which has a full width background video on top of which a separate layer of content is viewed. The background video should remain in place whilst the top layer is scrolled .
Can this be done using the existing tools, a plugin or by adding some coding to the page.
It is not an easy requirement to describe but I have found a site which shows what I would like to create -https://www.maynes.co.uk/ although this is slightly more complicated and was created (I believe) in WordPress.
Hopefully this is do-able in Web Builder and someone here can help.
I wonder if anyone knows a way to .........

Using either of the following objects the Youtube or the HTML Video can be set to background (fill entire browser window) It is also possible to set a video as the background of a layer or layout grid.
