Card spacing question

ok cant fix my site with the layout grids so Im trying cards and card containers

using a card repeater set to masonry

how do you get margins at the top and bottom of the cards in smaller breakpoint, margins and padding doesnt seem to work

all that is on the cards are 1 image, one text area with a divider

Padding applies to inner part of the card so this does not affect the spacing between cards.
In masonry mode, the spacing is controlled by the 'column gap' property of the card container.
