*SOLVED* Problem with either CSS3 events, "particles" extension, or other

Post by etcbbu »

Hi all, super-excited about version 20; so I've bought it/upgraded/installed to most-recent version, which, at this time, is 20.0.2 .

But I tested it out, publishing it on one of the sub-pages on my own website, just to see what may be different, etc. So I'll give you the URL of the page I have published with the newest WB [20.0.2] for you to compare with the rest of the pages on the website; and then I'll list the 2 things I think are wrong:

1) https://travisjconsulting.com/buildmysiteerror.php

2) I'm noticing 2 things aren't working:

i) all of the objects on-page that have the
Properties >> Events >> Animate (CSS3) " onscrollreveals " and "onscrollhides " on them;

ii) and my " particles.js " 3rd-party extension, which is on the " ..layer1 " of every page of my https://travisjconsulting.com website. I know Pablo Software solutions / WB team cannot support 3rd-party extensions, so I'm not expecting some big explanation on this side of things. I just know it's related, because this all has to do with objects' moving, on-screen; that's the common-denominator / throughline of what's wrong in my project, and what I've got to pivot to do, in order to fix it.

Other [possibly?] relevant information is that I have the
Page Properties >> Advanced >> jQuery version set to jquery-3.7.1.min.js

Thank y'all for any light you can shed on this.

First note that if there is an error in one of the scripts then the rest of the scripts will not work too. So, there may only be one issue.

Also, I am not sure if this is related to WB20.
It looks like the particles extension is referring to 'travisjconsultingbuildmysiteLayer1' which does not exist on the page.

If you need further assistance then please share a DEMO project (.wbs file) so I can see all your settings.

For further details about how to share a project file, please see this FAQ:

Hahaha, as usual — *I'm* the worst:

I always forget how much it's on me to remember sort of a manual thing that I need to set page-by-page with respect to that particles.js 3rd-party extension (which I love) .

Anyway, "Build My Site Error" page is working great; about to publish site-wide now. I may or may not have a thing to button-up here or there, but I'm feeling it.

Thank you, @Pablo; as usual, WYSIWYG Web Builder is the literal BEST :D :D :D !
