Web Builder Publish screen contains invalid info

Today I edited an existing project and when I went to publish, the screen had information for another project. I loaded different projects from different locations on the PC drive, created at different dates and the all contained the same wrong information for same site as above.

Publish to: GCA Net
URL: http://gcanet.net/testing/
Host: gcanet.net/testing
Folder:
Publish: Entire website
Files: Publish all files

Again, every project on the drive now has the above settings. I can't figure out what is happening.

Addendum: If I fill out the publish setting screen with the correct information, after saving and reloading, it shows the same original settings for another project.

Note that each page can have it's own publish profile.
Make sure you give each profile a unique name
