Can I make a Layout->Accordion box responsive?

Can I make a Layout->Accordion box responsive?
If your are using any flexible layout in anyway then the accordion will be responsive.

This is seen with the following example:

That HTML page is what I meant, but I could not de-construct it.

Coiuld you provide a link to the template used so I can study how it was done?

The template itself can be found at Templates for WYSIWYG Web Builder 19 and newer it is the seventh one down to the left of the page a preview and download are available. Just to simplify it for you, you can use the following:Themes
