Font missing error

Can somebody tell me why wwb17 Report error:
Text1,''Times New Roman'' font is missing.,The object uses a font which is not installed on this system.

Text5,''Times New Roman'' font is missing.,The object uses a font which is not installed on this system.

I mention that the font exists in windows and was set from the fonts available in wwb17 (0.1)

To be able to help you, I need a DEMO project so I can see all your settings.

Note: I do not need the complete project because that will only take more time to figure out what you have done.
Basically, I just need a small project with one page and object(s) that are relevant to your question.

I am not getting the error but you text objects have different type of fonts:

For example text8 is assigned Times Roman where text3 has been assigned Baskerville Old Face

And you page has the font Arial assigned to it.

You should make sure your page has the font you want assigned to it, so when you place a text object on to it, it automatically inherits the font and only then you can change to what you want provided you have assigned the font in the options section:

For example if you want to use Baskerville Old Face

Then make sure you have @font versions of this font so your webpage looks the same no matter where is it viewed.

For some reason, there are extra quotes around the font name
So, instead of
Times new Roman
the font name is
'Times new Roman'

I am not sure how you have done this, but I will add extra validation for this in the next update.

The page was created with wwb16 and the font has been changed several times over time. I copied everything to a new page and now I don't get any errors. Thanks.

There are no known issues with fonts in the latest version (20.4) . All known issues have been fixed.

If you need help then please share a DEMO project (not the full project) and describe the exact steps to reproduce the issue.

As the original thread/post is 4yrs old I would expect it to have already been fixed in 19.4.4 by now wouldn't you say so!
As Pablo reply if you have a issue it is always best to simply provide a "basic" Demo this is the project file .wbs and not a url to the page.

Here is the issue I am experiencing.
Changed to a new drive. Never re-installed Roboto Light font. I have to update a WWB project. I changed all the text to Roboto. Then I get Roboto Light font missing errors. Don't understand why as I changed it all to Roboto regular font. Spent all day trying to figure out why getting errors. I gave up and installed Roboto Light font and then changed everything back to Roboto Light. Good, no more font missing errors.
I delete all the online files and do a clean upload of the entire project. The issue is that upon examining the live website, it contains a mix of both Roboto Light and Roboto.
Does WWB have a cache or a temp file that might not be clearing ???

I have checked your project and your headings are configured to use the Roboto Light font.
If you quickly want to change the font for the entire projetc then you can use the 'Global Replace' tool.

I think I may have figured it out. In the TEXT Object Properties, the Output Format was not set to Default.
I did not change it from Default. I believe, in the past when I inserted a check-mark in the text, that action must have changed the setting of the Output Format. I would think that if a user deletes a check-mark from a Text Object, the software should reset the setting back to Default.
