Text properties change when I publish

I preview my web page, everything is as I designed it. When I publish, some lines of text change size, usually the it's the last line of a cell. The links color changes. And there's a large space at the bottom of one cell. Any ideas?

I would guess there's some files that haven't been published - probably some CSS files. What does the publish log say?
