Create a mapped drive letter to your projects

Post by star57 »

I have been using this for awhile, and thought I would share it for those that want a special drive letter to their projects that reside on the c drive. The old way is Subst, but this little program makes it easy for the novice user.

The site has a few more programs I use as well, check it out.

I still think that a BAT file like this (this one named TEST):

subst W: /D
subst W: D:\homepage\test\wwb
W:
start test.wbs

is simpler. This can be copied and modified as you please, and shortcuts can be placed on the desktop.
Cheers
