If it doesnt covert for you with the convert tool then it wont convert for me as I would be using the same way to convert as yourself.. One reason why it wont convert is because you are required to have a registerd version of WB 7.x.x before you can use the convert tool...

I didnt say you were using a pirate version I said that you are required to have a registered version of WB7 before you can use the convert tool...If you have a registered version then you should have no problems using the convert tool...I have already tested the extension and it works fine....

Yes this is correct extensions have been set to "Private" while I update them and upload to the "Extension Manager" in WB 7

Hi Barbara the extension is set at private at the moment sorry, I am working my way through all my extension updating them with the latest builder and then uploading to the Extension Manager I will try and get this one available by the end of the day as this is one of the easier ones to update...

Just add your image through the extension properties...note they will not show to you preview..;

At the moment it is just a matter of judging the size across, by this I mean lets say you have eight image each image is 200 px in width that equals 800 px the grab the handles at the corner of the extension and drag out to 800 you will se this in the Site manager>properties>Extension>General

Yes all images must be in landscape and have the same size.

Is there a way to put all 20 in one gallery with spaces beneath for text and buttons

No the extension or original script used does does not support spacing below each row of image if you add 5 images per row then the padding between each row will be the same no mater if you use 20 or 200 images.

You should be able to just use multiple instances of the extension with as many images per row as you require, spacing each extension/ row to what you require so that you can add text/buttons below each image.

When I hover over a thumbnail, the pop up image is larger than it is supposed to be.

Hi Barbara I have taken a look at the css file that is used for the images in the gallery you have used, now from what I can see is that you have set the thumbnails to H150xW150 and set the larger image to H400xW400 so this explains why that the images are not getting displayed at what you say H200xW200 see image below showing your css file used in the extension. Please check that you have inserted the correct sizes required and that you republish all files needed to the correct folders. I have also tested the extension using the image and it seems to work ok for myself.

I'm not sure where those properties came from. Here is the current setting for this Hover Box.

Hi Barbara the code that I have shown comes from the CSS file of the Hoverbox extension you can find it were you save your project files look for a folder name css inside there will be two files one named hoverbox.css the other ie_fixes.css the hoverbox.css will show the height/width of the thumbmails you have set and the larger height/width...it is late here in the UK so I am turning in for the night...I will answer anything you ask tomorrow...

Based on what you are telling me, there is only ONE css file for any and all Hover Box extensions, per site. So if I have multiple Hover Boxes on the website (different pages), all of them will use the properties of that one CSS file. Since each Hover Box has different perimeters, then I need to isolate each Hover Box in it's own folder. I have done that now and all is working fine.

I'm not sure if this information has already been discussed on this thread.

Hi Barbara well you have answered the question yourself Yes if you use one than one instance of the extension then it will overwrite all previous properties of all others, I may be able to do a workaround for this, I will se if it is possibe and try and get it implemented asap.

You can add 10 images across....When you add images you have to also stretch the length of the extension. To do this you simply grab the right handle of the extension and drag to the right. Once you preview you will see all images across. Please note that the extension must use the same width as the page it is on, this applies if you have cetered the page in WB.please read the pdf for all other info. At the moment i am unable to assit further as i do not have access to PC and only replying via phone.

I can't get the link to open in a new window i set it to _blank but it still opens in the same window am i doing something wrong?

This is because there is no reference in the html to allow you to set the "target="_blank ", it only allows you to select a url/link from the properties even though there is a property for you to select a target.

Note I have no control over what properties get displayed in the extension, ie I cant disable it from opening as it does to allow you to add a target unless it is part of the html which it isnt sorry....

OK I just added this between the head tags. <base target="_blank"> Now every thing opens in a new window.
Let me be clear on this. Adding <base target="_blank"> Between the page head tags will cause all links on the page to open in a new window even the navigation
will open in a new page.
