you can setup a link with bookmark selecting an external link and entering it manually this way: ./mypage.html#mybookmark
if your text if burred is a problem of the selected font type/style/size and the way it is rendered in your browser, this is a common issue with google fonts and some browsers, even in chrome

in some cases you should have a minimum of html knowledge to bypass the false positives you may be facing

Setting is the same but don't look the same. So, I guess problem is in the hower mode, not in fonts itself.

We already talk about problem with links to bookmarks and you said it's problem in Elegant Scroll. You said that you'll send me fix on the mail, but I didn't recived nothing.
