supports authentication with Microsoft 365?

Hello. I set up a website for a client some time ago, and everything was working perfectly until the client decided to migrate their emails to another server. Then, they stopped receiving messages sent via the website's contact form.

We asked the HelpDesk of this new provider and they came back with another question,

"...if the software (WYSIWYGWB) supports authentication with Microsoft 365".

Oh! They also ask "does the site have the modern authentication feature?"

Does that make sense? What's the answer?

I think they might be using outlook email as smtp which now in the new year may have effectively changed their policy and now requires OAuth 2.0

Did they try using 3rd party smtp providers?

Hi!

Good question... I don't know, I'll ask. Anyway, what would be the solution using WYSIWYGWB? Wouldn't it just be configuring SMTP? Or do I need something else?

Thanks!!

I asked the provider's staff several questions and I'm waiting for answers.

Since I am not a programmer, my options are limited to what I can choose or fill in the fields in the WB windows.

If I need to install some alien script, I hope they provide it.
