Is there a Demo that I can download for a Mobile Friendly website?
I have no idea how to create one.

Simple answer:

Put a layout grid on a blank page. create the number of cells you need.
Add more layout grids as you want them.
Choose a width where each cell becomes on top of each other rather than by the side (that's the breakpoint).

Put text/images etc. inside the layout grid, making them, where possible 'full width'.

Publish.

Thank you, but "simple" doesn't work well with me. I am a visual person and need to see the layout... thus asking for a Demo project to look at.

Apart from the url provided by Pablo the best way to "Demo" this is by showing the following which is a "Template". If you view in your "Desktop" in your browser you will see in its full layout now if you change the browser to "Mobile" you will see that it changes/adapts to suit that size. This is what we mean by being "Mobile" or for a better term RWD (Responsive Web Design). Whereas your layout is fixed/absolute meaning it doest adapt and will always show the same.
