Since last update in WB20 I keep getting the message above when I do my daily update of my webpage https://www.garliestonlodge.co.uk/site_weather.html I have to keep saving each time I change txt or a weather icon it varies how many time I save them and it dose save, then all of a sudden I get the message and it wont save. I have tried the save as and rename and it makes no difference.

This has nothing to do with the update.
This is a system security issue. Make sure the software is added to the exception / safe list of your firewall, virusscanner and anti-ransom protection.

I would also ensure that you do not have more than one instance of the software running by enabling the following
Tools -> Options -> General -> Display "Application is already running" warning
