hello,

I changed a foto in my swipebox. and in the preview is works fine but online the foto is not visible. (BancHighRoyWS.jpg)

I am getting realy frustrated by this because i can not see what i am doing wrong. the other foto's are the same and they work fine.

who can help me?

I would guess you have forgotten to upload the image itself.

Almost at the bottom i have placed a lightbox galery with swipebox. This box is filled with my outdoor furniture products. And sometimes i have another product so i erase a foto an put the new one in. Normaly that works fine cause i do this regularly.
I don't know how to insert a screenshot of the preview, wich works fine. (I have tried but i am not an expert! )

Looks to me it worked fine.

It does not look like the photo is on the server:

Or the server may have an issue with the filename.

YES, Its working now.
I have uploaded the entire site and now is fine.
What i don't understand is that the previous times that i changed a foto it worked fine fortunately it's OK now.

my settings for uploading were "Pages currently opened" and "Publish files of modified objects only" This saves data and uploadtime but i have optic fiber now so i wil keep te new settings.

I have also found the 'modified objects' option not always to work as I expect (probably due to my own misunderstanding), so if ever this happens to me, I go ahead and publish the entire page. This usually resolves the issue.

It would help to know what WWB identifies as a modified object and what it does not. I suspect this is where my misunderstanding or misconception lies. I have read the documentation.

The option 'Publish files of modified objects only" only affects changes to HTML/CSS code not to external files. Because keeping track of every change would require a huge database (because the software has thousands of options).
Instead each object has one 'modified flag' which affects whether or not the HTML/CSS or JS files will be regenerated.

So, if you have added a new image or modified it then you will need to publish all files.

Thanks for the clarification. I was (once again) drwaing on my former experience with WebPlus, which worked slightly differently.

Good to know what to expect going forward.

I assume this only applies to when you are adding images inside extensions?
I update images (not inside extensions) all the time in my websites and use "Publish files of modified objects only" which works fine every time.
