Form mail sends date 24 hours in the future

The form builder is working ok but the date in the receiving mail server is 24 hours in the future. Where can the date bbe set?
This is unrelated to the software and the form itself. It is generally due to a incorrectly configured system clock or time zone setting on the server itself.
