In the stock WB responsive menu, at some point the menu turns into a hamburger, which is wonderful. How do you set at what width does that happen?
I have the menu inside of a layout grid, and changing the breakpoint on that does not seem to matter..

Open up the responsive menu and click on Style tab and set the breakpoint under the Layout section
