I bought a new computer, a bit of a learning curve.

But for the life of me, I can't figure out how to register WYSIWYG.

If it is a "Fresh" install you should get a pop up window so that you can input the email this is the one you originally used to purchase and the serial number.
See the following:
How to activate WYSIWYG Web Builder?
Including:
How do I remove the 'Built With' logo from a page?

If this doesn't show it could be that you have used activated it more than 3 times and you will need to contact Pablo to reset it for you. Also ensure that when you have installed on your new PC you will need to restart the program.
Note: There is a method to call/bring up the registration window incases like this I know of but it is best to let Pablo do this for you primarily as a security measure.
