A form should be set to .php not .html What is the url to the page. Are you using the latest version of the software? Did you correctly publish all files?.

Maybe there is an issue with your email application?
For example, in Outlook you can set it to ignore end of lines.

There is also an option to control this in form properties: Advanced -> Miscellaneous -> End of line. This should be set to CRLF

As already mentioned can you please say what version of the software you are using? From viewing the source of the page is showing that you are still using WWB15 which is no longer supported. For the suggestion by Pablo
"There is also an option form properties: Advanced -> Miscellaneous -> End of line" you will need to upgrade to WWB20 as it only became a "New" feature from WWB18.4. By upgrading you will be supporting Pablos work and continuing support in the forum.

Did you read the FAQ?
Which information are you missing?

Note that the exact form configuration (mail engine) depend on the requirements of your webhost.

Pablo,

The following is the reply from my web hosting provider

After checking and performing some troubleshooting, I found that the website was custom-coded. It would be best to have your web developer check the PHP code. I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.
This issue is unfortunately outside of my scope, as the website was custom-built using code.

Another reply from the web hosting provider as below

It would be best to check this with your web developer, as the PHPMailer used in the website’s code appears to be outdated. Switching to an older PHP version removed the error 500, but it does not produce the output you need.

Although you have written that you have purchased WWB20 are you actually using it yet? the following url you provided still shows it was created with WWB15 https://goec.com.au/camp2026.php
I found that the website was custom-coded
The code that is generated in the form does not use custom-code the code that is seen was implemented by you.
It would be best to check this with your web developer, as the PHPMailer used in the website’s code appears to be outdated
That statement is incorrect as of WWB20.4 is uses
- Improved: Upgraded PHP Mailer to version 7.0.1. More details
WYSIWYG Web Builder 20.4 update

according to web hosting provider, the current php version is 8.2
The php in the software also uses the same
PHP version compatibility

The errors indicates that files either are missing, or the web server does not have a recent version of PHP.

Did you publish all files?
Did you check the PHP version?

Also, this error seems to indicate that something is misconfigured.
PHP Warning: file_get_contents(): Filename cannot be empty in /home/goecaumo/public_html/camp2026.php on line 127
But there to be able to help you with this I need to know the exact configuration.

I would personally remove all previously published files from the server (WWB15) and then republish all new files created in WWB20.

Maybe you will need to use SMTP?

reply from my web hosting company as below:

Since the website where the contact form is connected is custom-coded, you could have your web developer check if the PHP version is up to date.

Your demo project, does not seem to be complete. The success and error pages are missing, so I cannot see if you have set this up correct.
Did you include ##error## code in your error page? See the FAQ?

Also, I suggest to start with a simple form using default mail. No HTML formatting. Keep it impossible, also not other scripts.
Since the website where the contact form is connected is custom-coded, you could have your web developer check if the PHP version is up to date.
The form code generated by WWB is used by many other users, so you do not have to worry that something is wrong otherwise it would have already been fixed.

There is nothing to check in your project. Your web host determines which settings you will need to use.

Does the standard form now work? Then you will at least know your mailer settings are correct.

Please carefully read the FAQ

Did you try to change the 'from' address as documented in the FAQ?

Please note that only your web host can provide the exact reason why the email is not being sent. They will often initially blame the script, but if you continue to follow up, they will usually explain why the email is being blocked or not sent by their server.

Once you receive their feedback, you can update your form settings accordingly.

In that case, there is most likely an issue with your PHP Mailer settings.
