Wizzy Loads R E A L L Y Slow - (not a program issue)

My install of Wizzy 21(current version) loads VERY slow, maybe 2 minutes, to open the program. And opening a project once Wizzy is started takes 25 to 68 seconds (timed several projects. THIS IS NOT A Wizzy error. I have it install on two other laptops (multiple licenses) and it loads much faster. Once the program is loaded and a project is loaded performace is just fine. Other apps like video editing and graphic design load fast so pretty much isolated to Wizzy.

Looking for suggestions of places to review that may be causing the slowness. I have uninstalled a large number of fonts and disabled extensions just to the ones being actively used. I do have a lot of entries in the FTP Publish to:

Load performance is the same with other apps running or not, after fresh reboot.

My Laptop is fast; i9 processor, 64GB Ram, 2TB SSD to load and 4TB SSD store, Nvidia 4080 w/12GB ram, 1Gbit internet with typically 800Mbps via WiFi.

Anyone else experienced this? Suggestions appreciated.
