Please note extensions only work in the registerd version of WB they do not work in Demo version. If this does not apply to you what version of WB are you using this extension was built using Ext Builder 2.02 for WB 6.5 and higher...

This is what it should look like in the extension toolbox!!...how many do you have installed note the maximunm allowed in version 6.5.x is 200 if you have reached this amount please romove one or two and see if it show also please try refreshing WB by closing and reopening...
