*instead of loading up the 579x430 inlineframed screen, it will load up the main page if the user types the /aboutus.html in the top bar of their browser, like I say, some may find it usefull but others might not :)

Re: Inline Frame Re-direct - Extension

Post by 007homevideo »

I recently upgraded my OS from Win7 to Win8.1 and I can confirm that installing the Inline Frame Re-Direct 1.0.1 extension in WB, running under WIN8.1, causes WB to crash (immediately, as far as I can tell) when loading a project.

After spending a good hour trying to resolve the crashing of WB, I uninstalled all extensions, closed WB, restarted WB, loaded the project; it loaded successfully without error. I then engaged the following extension-install workflow:

1) Open WB
2) Load project
3) Install one extension
4) Save Project
5) Close WB
6) Re-launch WB
7) Load same project
8 ) If project successfully loads, repeat the process.

After installing the Inline Frame Re-Direct 1.0.1 extension, I could no longer load my project due to crashing of the app.

All the extensions I utilise have been installed, and have played nice, on WB versions 8 & 9 under the WinXP and Windows7 OS'

So for the time being, I am running my project without Inline Frame Re-Direct (and it is already being sorely missed) but thought it proper that I report the issue in the forum in the hope that there might be a solution.

Hi, I have problem with use inlineframeredirect extension in WWB9 (Windows XP 32-bit). I download latest version from your pages, when i instal this (manualy copy to system/extensions directory or using install possibility in WWB), the template is in system/extensions directory, but not showed under Extensions and is not possible use this. I use also the UPS extension, this working OK.

this extension will only direct to another web page if the iframe url address is typed in the browser address bar.

It seems that you have not got the contact form setup correctly. Hope this helps.

Have you got the page set to PHP?

Scott
