Extension Builder 2.0 released

New in Extension Builder 2.0:
- New feature: Added support for multiple preview browsers.
- New feature: Added option to specify the HTML document type for preview.
- New feature: Before <HTML> tag, Between <HEAD> tag and Between <BODY> tag are now have their own tabs for easier editing.
- New feature: Added 'Add folder' button on the Files configuration page, to quickly include complete folders.
- New feature: Added new edit field property type: multiple lines
- New feature: Added new edit field property type: rich text format (simple HTML)
- New feature: Added new edit field property type: html textbox
- New feature: Added 'Render HTML' option. Now you can specify HTML that will be used to render the object in the designer, independent from the actual output HTML.
