Linking paypal business account setup tp my website

Post by Joel »

I set up my business account in paypal the way I need it for my website; I also customized buttons. Does it mean that if someone buys something and is directed to paypal, all the setups will work or do I have to transfer them into my WYSIWYG PROGRAM?

Your PayPal account works independent from WWB.
As soon as the user clicks the PayPal button he will be redirected to PayPal. PayPal takes care of the rest.

Paypal offers stock control throught its 'add to cart' buttons and let purchasers know if stock is sold out. As I'll be selling one off pieces I think I have to set up the buttons for inventory control in paypal and then transfer them to my website. To achieve it, can I create a new folder, put the buttons in there and then transfer them to the pages of my website?

I'm sorry but I'm not familiar wit this PayPal feature.
But I assume you all configure this in your PayPal account?

By 'transfer them to my website' do you mean copy/paste HTML code to the page?
You can do that with the HTML object.

Do I put the html in page properties or paypal button properties? What would be the location before or after head/body?

If it's code for a button then you can put it in a HTML object.

1) Insert a HTML object
2) Copy/paste the code
Do not change any of the other settings
