PageFlip Album Take 2

PageFlipTake2 Album version 2.1
Due to the absence of the original extension creator, Eddy, I have rebuilt his pageflip album extension.
The rebuild came about because I wanted to show the flash but without the detailed flash menu. The extension operates exactly the same as Eddy's origanal but with a few of the hidden feature now avaliable to the designer.
These include: Flash menu, Hard Cover, Window mode, Background colour & PDF instructions
