This extension is based on the script from http://www.mlcalc.com. So all credits and copyrights go to the author. Please read the Terms of Use here http://www.mlcalc.com/terms.htm
There are a couple of threads about this extension which was built before by other users. While I was searching yesterday for this kind of scripts (as I'm currently building a real estate website for a client), I found those threads. But both of these two extensions were incomplete in terms of settings offered by http://www.mlcalc.com, so I decided to build it from scratch.

The extension was built with Extension Builder 4 and tested on WWB 8.2.1.

Features:
1. Languages: English, Deutsch, Español, Français, Italiana, Português, Russian and Shqipe.
2. Widget width: wide and narrow.
3. Default tab: Mortgage or Loan, or show one of them only.
4. Currency input: either symbols or abbriviations.
5. Amortization: by month or by year, or no amortization shown.
6. Show or hide other properties: Proprty Tax, Property Insurane and PMI.
How to use:
Just drag and drop the extension to where you want it to appear, and double click on it to modify the properties.
Please read each property description in the extension as it explains exactly what to choose.
No help file is included, as the extension and each property are self explanatory.
Tested with all browsers, works with no issues.
p.s.: This is my first extension, so if there are any issues please report it here.
