I think you're referring to the white bar that has the templify logo and the main menu in it. This was created using a layer. When you double-click on the layer, and you go to the Layer properties, you have four options to checkbox. Make sure you check off the two horizontal checkbox properties. This will allow the layer to span the entire width of the monitor. The footer and also the blue bar on this theme are created using the same technique.

Hey Jay, glad you found that! I was experimenting a little bit when I was building this template and that was something that didn't work. I thought i removed it but I guess I never took it out..

Removal is easy, just use the main menu and click on Page » Site HTML, and the code is located in the tab called called

Code: Select all

Before </body>

You can delete all default text that is in there. Sorry about that confusion! Thanks for spotting this and helping out! I'll push an update to the template today so future downloads will not be affected.

It would be best to wait for the original template author to provide a fresh url to the template, this is so that no copyrights are broken by others sharing the template. On checking the url the site may be down due to maintence so please be paitent. May I also point you to the forum rules regarding the use and tghe download of templates.

Look at the thread without downloading the template. The template file size shows 0kb, Brian check the template again.

Hi Brian!

have a question... i am putting together a site using Templify,,, when i go to PREVIEW IN BROWSER from the main Index page... the link to the other page doesn't work (& vice versa). it goes to a grey page that says:

File not found

Firefox can't find the file at /C:/DOCUME~1/Jazz/LOCALS~1/Temp/preview/interior.html.

Check the file name for capitalization or other typing errors.
Check to see if the file was moved, renamed or deleted.

i checked the LINKS and they appear to be correct. is there something i am missing here? i sure need to get this website up and running soon...

UPDATE.... i went ahead and uploaded and now i can switch pages ok... not sure why it wouldn't work in the PREVIEW.... so... now...

how do i name the Page (on my cell it say's Untitled Page)...

1. Before you preview change the settings to preview entire site. You have been previewing just the page you are on.

2. Page title - right click the page in WWB and select properties - lots of valuable settings.

also in that Page Properties... in the Miscellaneous section, there is a
Search Engine Optimization where it lists ROBOTS and some choices
INDEX, FOLLOW
INDEX, NOFOLLOW
NOINDEX, FOLLOW
NOINDEX, NOFOLLOW
and then the REVISIT Section...

,,, what is best to get the most effective out of that?

I dont want to be a stick in the mud...but this isnt really the the correct place to ask questions regarding the programme itself it is simply ment for the sharing of a template. All questions regarding the use of the program should be made in the appropriate section or read from the help for further help.

Hey guys, embarrassingly enough I can not seem to find the original ZIP file for this template so that I can repair the download link, does anyone have a copy of their original download of this template they can send to me? I would like to #1 repair the download link and #2 work on getting out a Version 2.0 update (WWB 10x only)
