Marquee Message for each Day of the Week

Since we have a Marquee for Day of the Month extension I thought I might as well create one for a week.
The extension will display a marquee message depending on the day of the week.
The messages are obtained from a simple text file on the server which contains one record for each day of the week plus one record at the beginning of the file to be the default message. This default message will be used if any day's message is null. It will also be used if the entire file is empty apart from this first record. In this case the default message will be displayed each day of the week.
