Client Connection Issues

Hi Colin... Having kind of similar problem, but not just the email... With one customer I can't connect to their webserver from their office, which contains the email server. So they are not able to connect to their homepage or email from the office

But I can connect from my office and all I asked for to try can connect... So from some weeks agoo I installed vpn tunnel for them and then it works. But my host and ISP can't solve this. For now I'm just waiting it out.
All started when installing Outlook to the mailaccounts... And from beginning was some issue with the certificate form Outlook. We are trying to solve this with Microsoft... but ... hard work...
