[rz] Panel Framework v1.0.1
This lightweight extension converts standard layers into a two full-sized fixed panels scheme that are activated/deactivated based on the browser size "pushing" and "releasing" accordingly the page contents.
Each layer can also be resized based on standard breakpoints.
Cross-browser, cross-platform and backward compatible.

How to use?
1. Design your page as you usually do.
2. Design the full-width horizontal element based on the standard layer just leaving its default values; it can be later handled on top or bottom of the screen (via extension properties).
3. Design the full-width vertical element based on the standard layer using its default values; it can be later positioned to the left or right sides of the screen (via extension properties).
4. Drag and drop the extension to the workspace.
5. Enter the names of both layers to be converted into full-sized (horizontal/vertical accordingly) panels.
6. Enter the breakpoint size to switch between the horizontal/vertical panels.
7. Preview or publish.
