I would like to use a WorddPress plugin, is it possible? I downloaded it and it has all the folders with php files and others. I moved to the site folder via ftp but now what? And if I wanted to turn these files into a plugin for wysiwygwebbuilder can I?

No sorry the plugin is not compatible with WB.

Then you will need to find another script other than the WP that you yourself can integrate into WB using the HTML Object and the File Publisher is needed.
