What are your suggestions ?

I need to build a very basic, and easy to manage, sort of webshop. In fact it is more a products presentation than a proper shop because I don't need integrated payment, neither a database, a cart or basket for the products. What I need is only a products presentation that the customer can scroll (or flip) through and then send me his order simply through a form.

Functionality I need are:
Being able to present the products with picture, title, some text and the price.
Being able to easily add or remove a product from the page without having to manually rearrange all the other products.

Functionality the customers need are:
Being able to scroll through the products
See a bigger picture of the product by clicking on it if he want to

Most customers will order only one (or two) pieces at a time therefore there is no need for price calculation and so on.

Any ideas how to build something simple ?

Well thank you Pablo, however I knew that list but this is because I couldn't find in the very basic solution I'm looking for, that I came to write this post.

So maybe what I should have asked is if it exist just a sort of 'picture gallery' with more editing possibilities for the text ? For instance having both a mix of bold and normal font in the description ?

I'm sorry, there is no standard solution to do exactly that. This will require a custom or third party script.

Would it be a valuable suggestion for improvement to add more editing ability to the actual text description of the images gallery ?

I mean being able to have some parts of the text in bold, italic, and not the whole text the same.
