The title is what I get from Google Webmaster tools. The site is a one-page built on WebBuilder basic template #4 with no changes except my image and text.
I used something called XML Validation and the error is: "incorrect http header content type-'text/html;charset=iso-8859' (expected 'application/xml')
The sitemap was installed using the WB14 sitemap tool on myflnotary.com
