I have added a second computer (Laptop)
My original invoice for WB11 advised it may be installed on 3 computers.
I updated to Version 12 on 6th January 2018.
Can I install V12 on this new Laptop and if so how do I do it.
I still have the product key ending in 2Y15

You can use the license on 3 computers for your own use.

Correct you can install on a max of three machines this could be a mix of desktop/laptops. Note the license is for personal use only and cannot ( Do I haven a second user) be shared

You install the same way as you previously installed WB11. Again note the license can be used for 3 machines for personal use only and cannot be shared.
