Maybe the file (or folder) file is read-only or the file is open in another instance of the application?
Or maybe your firewall/scanner blocks access?
Did you try to save in another location?

Have you just tried saving as another name? eg say your project name is project1 then simply rename it to project2 reopen and save as the original name.

The 'access denied' error is a message from the system (Windows).

Common reasons for this error (unrelated to WWB) are:
- the file (or folder) file is read-only
- the file is open in another instance of the application
- a firewall/scanner blocks access

if you have windows 10 and its done an update maybe its turned on the Ransomware protection on your libraries. This happened to me once I turned it off all was good.
If not that one check your AV for ransomware protection it may be on.
