Version W14 - Windows 10 Prof.
I have a master page with usual menu options, banner etc., one of which is the company address and telephone number. When I publish or preview any of the pages, the telephone number is underlined indicating some form of link. The cursor changes on hover and if I click on it, I get asked what I want to open it with.
There is no link, so just get a browser window. I deleted the text box and re-created it, only to find it is there again. Is there a setting somewhere that detects numbers as links? I did some searches in the forum, but didn't get anything relevant returned.

Thank you for that. I hoped that it would work just by adding it to the master, but needs to be on all pages.

Yes, you’ll need to publish all pages that use the master page.
There’s an option in Publish to do this.
