It's happen today.. I uploaded whole site full 3 times to a new host,uploaded everything but the index page?...
it's happen before on another host...Then I change FTP engine to winsock and it works.
It seems to be a slower upload but the index went up.

probably not a bug, just my pc configuration?

Do you get an error during publishing?
Or maybe it is just your browser caching the old page?

Never got an error. When I couldn't open the site, I when to the hosting control panel file manager and noticed the index.html was never uploaded. I did it 3 times..then changed to winsock and it worked.

or maybe it was a temporary glitch of the server?
