horizontal line problem

I had used horizontal line in layout grid to make a desire distance between objects.there were not any problem and everything was ok.but now after coming to V14 and make a new page ,i tried to use it in the same way.but after publish,there is a horizontal bar at the bottom and a white distance at the right side of the page.no error on the page and when i remove line object the page goes ok.can anybody help me?

Maybe you did not set the line to 'full width=true'?

there is a strange thing in iphone 7 ,just this page has scroll bar and other pages are ok!
I found this problem is in safari browser.but with firefox it is ok.

Are you sure the problem is related to lines?
I cannot find anything wrong with the lines.

yes because when i remove them everything is ok.

I do not see the problem on my iPhone or any other browser.
