HI,

I have an online store and i would like to create a form for a customer so he can order a product. I dont want him to have an account, i just need a form with obligatory information he has to fill....so i can get it on a mail and ...send him the product.

1. STEP (He has to choose a quantity of a product he wants to order) within the DROP DOWN MENU
2. STEP (Filling the form), some are mandatory and some are not

MANDATORY:
- name
- surname
- adress
- post number
- city

OPTIONAL:
- phone number
- notes

3. Type of order (here he would have 2 options, and he has to choose one of them)

4. clicking the ORDER button (with this step all the information are sent to my email)

Please can anyone help me how to start doing this, i woul reeeally appreciate it. I spent so many hours by doing myself and couldnt do it.

I have a printscren of how i would like it to be...but cant get it done.

Unfortunately i have checked it all and still cant manage to work it out...

Where does it stop working for you?
What exactly did you do?
Is there an error?

I have just managed to work it out...it works amazing! So happy about it!

Btw, is there a possibility to customize a website por the mobile phone users??

You can add a breakpoint to the page to create a different layout for mobile devices.
