I'm looking for a calendar that I can add to my form.
It is just to let the people click on a specific date.

Did you try the 'date picker' from the toolbox?

as it has been suggested (the built-in date picker)...
however just in case you want a different customization (viewtopic.php?f=53&t=71849)...
