Text box outline

I have one text box which is displaying its outline in white on the page in web preview. Borders are set to 0 and padding also 0.
What is causing its outline to be displayed?

If you look at beta.mundesley.org you will see that there is a thin white line through the bottom left corner of the flag and across the bottom of the image to the right. It is also running down the right hand side of the main text. It coincides with the boundary of the textbox.

The text does have a border.
Maybe there is a conflict in your settings somewhere?

I had a width set to 1 in the styles!
All OK now.
