I purchased V12 just before the upgrade. I have the original license key.

I am having to migrate from a computer used exclusively by me at work to another computer at home as I prepare to retire later this year (I hope). When I install the current version on my laptop, it tells me my key is for V12.

Tried reinstalling V12 and then upgrading, but that doesn't work either. So, how do I get V14 to work without having to purchase a new key?

I purchased the Bootstrap Navigation Bar extension and installed it. Now my computer tells me that I only have the demo version. What gives and how do I download it again? I use it on a couple of sites I have and thought the license was for however long I use the WYSIWYG Web Builder.

You cant your licence is for WB12 only!, if you wish to use WB14 then you are required to purchase a "New" license to be able to use. You may have noticed that WB15 is to be released shortly, so maybe you should wait and purchase that. Also, if you were to purchase WB14 now you will be entitled to a discount as you are upgrading from WB12, and you will also get WB15 free once released.
